E-commerce & privacy
The Website www.lgbtqiadance.com sells printed products and event tickets online. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed on products through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Payment details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.
The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.
Online Payment – PayFast
All online payments are processed by the PayFast. Ticket purchasers may go to www.payfast.co.za to view PayFast’s security policies.
Refund and Return Policy on goods purchased.
The provision of goods is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders on goods by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions
Provider reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Choice of Law

Tickets for LGBTQIA+ Dance
On receipt of an Whatsapp to 0812495604 indicating how many tickets you want to purchase, the banking details and amount payable will be sent to you. Please supply the names of the people as the tickets are issued in their name. Securing a seat at a dance is done when the relevant ticket has been purchased and paid for. Proof of payment to be sent via whatsapp ( 0812495604 ) or email ( firstname.lastname@example.org),
After the payment reflects in the relevant bank account, the ticket/tickets are forwarded via whatsapp.
Tickets can be cancelled up to 14 days before the date of an event and a full refund will be applicable.
If cancellation is done during the 14 days before the event, the ticket/s will be offered for resale and if not sold no refund will be done. If sold a refund will be applicable. (At this date the conveiner of the event is bound by all contracts entered into for the event and he will not receive any refund if he cancels it).
Cancelation of the event:
Refund of ticket price will be applicable.
If you do purchase a ticket, it constitutes your willingness and approval to freely disclose the above 1 – 4 without any preconditions.
Covid regulations for events
Adherence to all covid requirements regarding distancing, mask wearing, Sanitising etc.
